After the fall of the Gangreen Gang, Fat Cat becomes the most powerful gangster in the world. He holds this position only briefly, as Carface arrives to take back his empire. Fat Cat is terrified of the canine and tries to jump out of a window. However, his "fat" nature kicks in, and his rear end gets stuck in the window. Fat Cat struggles but musters the urge to escape when Carface chomps his behind.

Negaduck approaches Fat Cat with an offer to help re-take the criminal underworld; Fat Cat accepts, although he does not appreciate Negaduck's being a duck. Negaduck adds Fat Cat to a growing number of villains, recreating the nefarious The New Fearsome Five. In the faction's battle in the Technodrome, Fat Cat slashes off Krang's new arm. However, when the Shredder creates a massive energy blast from his computer console, Fat Cat dies in the energy's wake.
