The Insidious Evil The Cat is the Ruler of the Distant Planet Heck. His goal is to destroy the universe, even though he has no idea what to do afterwards.
War of the Villains[]
In "War of the Villains", Evil used his mystic cauldron to seek a worthy challenger for him to fight. The answers lead to Sa'Luk, leader of the Forty Thieves of Agrahbah. Evil then took his spaceship to The Lair of the Forty Thieves, and challenged Sa'Luk to a claw-on-claw battle. Sa'Luk accepted, and the two prepared for battle on a deadly mountain. Evil underestimated Sa'Luk, however, as he couldn't keep up with his attacks and was ultimately sent flying into the cosmos by a mighty punch.
