Emperor Velo the 27th is the extraterrestial emperor of an unnamed empire, and the main antagonist of Crash Nitro Kart. Velo claims to be the most accomplished racer in Galaxy, and captures six earthlings, including Crash Bandicoot and Dr. Neo Cortex, to prove his velocity. Velo appears in Worst Hero And Villain War Ever as part of the Galactic Commission.
