El Supremo's Military is the personal army of the brutish and ruthless British commander, El Supremo. It originally appears from the animated movie, Freddie as F.R.0.7. Devoted to serve the commander's goals, alonngside Messina, the Military of El Supremo plays a secondary role in the villains wars.

El Supremo launches a full submarine invasion on the lost continent of Atlantis, hoping to exploit the city's resources. The submarine fleet make their way to Atlantis, and begin to bombard the city, killing many civilians. With Messina's aid, against the Atlantean soldiers, the submarine fleet emerge victorious from the assault.
