Duchess is a female cat owned by Madame Bonfamille and the lover of Thomas O'Malley. When her owner's butler Edgar overhears that the woman plans to leave her estate and money to Duchess and her kittens in her will, Edgar decides to take the cats out of the picture. Duchess and her children thus become embroiled in a larger scheme by Maleficent in Disney Heroes vs. Villains.
