Dr. Lobe is a mad scientist known for building robots and other contraptions. He originates from short-lived animated series Pro Stars, where he challenged the titular pro stars to a game of baseball with his robots. Dr. Lobe appears in Worst Hero And Villain War Ever as part of Caractacus P. Doom's alliance.
