Dr. LaRow is a major antagonist in the first season of Lego Ninjago: Dragons Rising. She is a chief scientist who worked for Empress Beatrix, and her main duty was to drain the energy from the captured dragons until Imperium reformed.
She later decided to betray Empress Beatrix by refusing to drain the Source Dragon's energy leading to her being taken away by Imperium Guards.
