Dolores Umbridge is a major antagonist in the Harry Potter franchise. A prominent witch and disciplinarian, Umbridge is unscrupulous, selfish, domineering, and power-hungry. She has no sense of loyalty or morality. She is a minor player in the second Disney Vs Non Disney Villains War.

During the war, Umbridge is one of the Ministry of Magic's higher-echelon magistrates. Oversight over various magic operations is given to her. Thus, Maxim Horvath approaches her, asking for the Ministry's help in taking down Bavmorda. But Dolores denies his request, opting to have Horvath arrested; enraged, he knocks Umbridge aside. Though Yaxley tries to apprehend Horvath, he escapes.
