Doctor McNamara is a mad cyborg scientist and the main antagonist of 1989 Robocop cartoon. He is a petty, bitter man wanting to replace Robocop with one of his own creations. He appears in Worst Hero And Villain War Ever as part of terrorist organization GEZZAN.
