Doctor David Q. Dawson is a former soldier and doctor who became assistant to the famed Basil of Baker Street after retiring, helping him track down criminals like Professor Ratigan. He joined the League of Extraordinary Gentlemice along with Basil in Disney Heroes vs Villains.
