Dio Brando is the main antagonist of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Part 1: Phantom Blood and Part 3: Stardust Crusaders.
Dio's Empire
Having been restored and still using Jonathan Joestar's stolen body, Dio began to rebuild an empire he once lost. He first gets Cooler's Armored Squadron onto his army, then Hol Horse, then Hody Jones, then the false Toki, Amiba.
He then leads an offensive against octopid warriors resurrected by Ursula and made one of the octopids his vampire slave.
