Darkwolf is the tritagonist in the cult animated film, Fire and Ice. A brutal barbarian, yet a kind and beloved mentor figure, Darkwolf's courage leads other heroes, including the barbarian Larn, into the conflict against the villains. In spite of his previous grudge against Nekron and his mother Queen Juliana, Darkwolf finds his friends once again threatened by the forces of Maleficent and Mok in Heroes vs. Villains; thus, he rallies the wilderness heroes in striking back against the villains in order to protect their homelands from their conquests.
