Dan Cain is the main protagonist of the first two ReAnimator films, although not present in the third. While he is not a villain in the original ReAnimator, he becomes Herbert West’s assistant in Bride of ReAnimator, allowing him to be considered enough of a villain to make an appearance in Nonspecific Villains War.

At a mall, a showcase is being done of a robot that will be used as the Mall’s security, much to the dismay of scientist Herbert West and his assistant Dan Cain, who are using the mall for their experiments with reviving the dead.
Evil Ash vs Patrick Bateman[]
Seeing the war will affect their experiments, Herbert West and Dan Cain revive the deadite Evil Ash to fight for them. His first target? The Wall Street banker, Patrick Bateman.
