The Countdown Clowns are major villains in the animated movie, Yellow Submarine. A group of armless Blue Meanies, the Countdown Clowns have the ability to explode a specific target, should someone press their red button noses, and also to alert the other Blue Meanies, about an intruder invasion. The Countdown Clowns are briefly featured in the villains tournaments.
