Count Marzo is a secondary villain in the television series, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe. He is a minor player in the second Disney Vs Non Disney Villains War.

The Battle of Bald Mountain[]
Count Marzo appears as one of Oberon's Anti-Acolytes, a group of warriors devoted to preventing the rise of Chernabog, the Disney Vs Non Disney equivalent to Satan. As part of this alliance, Marzo sets out to Bald Mountain to defeat Chernabog's own agents, the Acolytes . During the Battle of Bald Mountain, Marzo takes on Hecate. The goddess summons a massive crystalline monster to fight Marzo and his fellow Anti-Acolyte, Nergal. Though the monster beats down Nergal, Marzo uses his laser vision to blast the creature apart. Count Marzo then helps Oberon and his allies destroy the Acolytes' dark crystal , a weapon capable of raising Chernabog from Hell, rendering the Acolytes mission an utter failure.

Defeat[]
Entrusted to possess the Eye of Odin, by offer of Puck, Marzo is suddenly confronted by the person who seeks the Eye for his own purposes, Destane, or else known as the Archmage. Being powerful with the possession of the Eye, Marzo easily takes out the minions of Destane, but he is no match against Destane's magic. To his mistake, he removes the Eye from his possession, leaving the perfect opportunity for the Archmage to blast at the warlock, ultimately transforming him into an eldery dwarf. Even more, Destane pins Marzo in a pillar, leaving the Archmage to obtain the Eye of Odin for himself. Marzo is not seen for the rest of the war.
