Cool World is the eponymous setting of the Ralph Bakshi's animated film Cool World. An illustrated realm inhabited by "doodles" (the world's version of toons), Cool World is prohibited from contact with real world's inhabitants (known as "noids"), as the intercourse of each perspective character would lead to the humanization of Cool World's inhabitants. That said, the Cool World's femme fatale and club dancer Holli Would commits the forbidden deed, causing for her character to transform into a human being until her defeat by Frank Harris where she returns to her own realm as a "doodle".
Cool World also appears in the villain tournaments, evident by the existence of the world's night club, where many villains and party-goers spend their time, avoiding the conflict that rage outside of Cool World.
