Commander Zeb Nebula is the commander of the Star Command, a space unit tasked to keep order in the galaxy. While old in age, Nebula is a well-built and heroic Ranger, ready to challenge the evil forces, usually led by Emperor Zurg. First appearing in the Disney television series Buzz Lightyear of Star Command Nebula assists Buzz Lightyear, Mira Nova, Booster and XR on their mission to stop Emperor Zurg and his allies in Heroes vs. Villains and in the second Disney Heroes vs. Villains Wars.
