Romuska Palo Ur Laputa, also known as Colonel Muska, is the main antagonist of the 1986 animated Studio Ghibli's 2nd film Castle in the Sky. He is a government agent and military officer who wishes to find the lost floating city of Laputa in order to take control of it and use the unimaginable power of its advanced technology to rule the world. He is also Sheeta's distant relative and Pazu's arch-nemesis.
