Colonel is a sheepdog who has patterned himself and his friends, including Sergeant Tibbs after a military unit, with himself as commanding officer. He aids Pongo, Perdita, and the other Disney Dogs and Cats in rescuing the prisoners of Cruella De Ville in Disney Heroes vs Villains.
