Cobra Bubbles is a minor supporting protagonist in the Lilo and Stitch franchise. A former CIA agent and an old friend of Nani and Lilo Pelekai, Cobra Bubbles once became involved in a mission with the Grand Councilwoman to save Earth, keeping tabs with her on purpose to preserve the order of the Galactic Federation throughout outer space. He also appears on the side of good in Heroes vs. Villains, usually being assigned to arrest the world's most dangerous criminals.
