Civilians (DC)

The Civilians are the citizens of Arkham City, and minor characters in the DC universe. Though, they are frequently attacked and threatened by the super-villains, the civilians have been always saved by the super-heroes on numerous occasions. They also make appearances in the Non-Disney vs. DC Villains War.

Non-Disney Vs DC Villains War

Several civilians attend a brilliant show, performed by Abra Kadabra, while desteting from Puppetino's poor perfomance. While the show appears initially harmless, Abra Kadabra reveals his true colours, turning the civilians into lifeless puppets, with the inclusion of Puppetino.

Another group of civilians are attacked by Icicle Junior and Killer Frost in Star City, before they are stopped by Remington Smisse.
