The Leader of the Blue Meanies is the leader of a blue army called The Blue Meanies. An arrogant, mean  and ruthless leader who main task is to destroy every happy emotions in the universe, including music too. Sometimes he threated his second in command blue meanie, called by the name Max,sometimes show stupidity jokes at him.But when he realised his failures in the end, he reformed to a good hero along with Max, leaving good friendships with the Beatles and the inhabitants of Pepperland. He is the main antagonist in the 1968 movie Yellow Submarine. Although he didn't appear in the many tournaments, due to his unpopularity by the fans, he made a brief appearance in the Non Disney Villains tournament and in Heroes Vs Villains Tournament.

Against Blackwolf

The Blue Meanies had been called themselves as the warriors of fear and terror to their homeworld Pepperland for many years. But all changed when they saw a new strange type of mutant army terrorizing the inhabitans of Pepperland. The chief, fearing that they will be their next targets, ordered his creatures to attack the mutants. While the Blue Meanies defeated many mutants, and the leader attempted to kill Blackwolf, the wizard showed him some visions of his new army, Adolf Hitler and the Nazis. Scared to death to deal with their enemies, the blue creatures retreated to an unknown place, despite their leader's warnings to confront the Nazis. It is unknown what happened to them. But, since their last assault and the fear of the his warriors towards their enemies, it is assumed that they lived long with their lives, not concerned about the war.

Trivia

• Unlike the other Common Blue Meanies, The Blue Meanie's Leader along with Max are much taller and bigger in size than them, and wear a hat, which somehow resemble Goofy's ears, as the other Common Blue Meanies are wearing a hat, which resemble Mickey Mouse's ears.
• The Blue Meanie's Leader design and characteristics had inspired Him, another powerfull villain who plays a major role in the villains tournaments
