Captain Smudge is the main antagonist of Serendipity the Pink Dragon anime series. He is a greedy sailor seeking to find the Paradise Island, and take all of it's resources. Smudge is often stopped by Bobby and island natives from ever finding the island. Smudge appears in Worst Hero And Villain War Ever.
