Captain Neweyes is a supportive hero in the animated movie, We're Back!: A Dinosaur's Story. The estranged brother of Professor Screweyes, Neweyes is shown to be kind and gentle figure, unlike his brother's twisted nature. He mostly serves young people's wishes as "they wish the loudest". He is the person responsible for bringing Rex, Elsa, Woog and Dweeb into the human world and fed them with Brain Grain cereal to increase their intelligence and benevolent side.
