Butch Cavendish
Bartholomew "Butch" Cavendish is a psychotic, cannibalistic outlaw who first appeared in the radio show The Lone Ranger that debuted in 1933; he also appeared in the 2013 Disney film of the same name. In the early events, Butch was captured and transported to a prison cell, until he managed to escape and regroup with his posse. When he found out that a unit of Texas Ranger's law officers came to recapture him, Butch set them up, killing the captain Dan Reid, and leaving for dead his younger brother John, although he was kept in the dark of his resurrection as a "spirit walker". He also set his sights on Dan's former wife Rebecca, and son Danny, though his attempts were thwarted by the efforts of the mysterious "Lone Ranger", who pursued him on purpose to end his cruelty. Later on, Butch was revealed to work as the right hand man to the railroad tycoon Latham Cole, on purpose to earn the profits from Latham's developments in the Transcontinental Railroad company and the profitable silver mines. He also appears in the second Disney Heroes vs. Villains, this time challenging the frontier heroes who oppose Latham's designs in the Wild West.
