Buster Bunny

Buster Bunny is the main protagonist of Tiny Toon Adventures. He is a blue and white rabbit who wears a red shirt, white gloves, but he's pantless and barefoot (the lack of pants being used as a running gag). He had been wearing the shirt and gloves because, according to the first episode, in which he is being created, he asked for clothes "for the censors". He is modeled after Bugs Bunny, his favorite teacher and mentor and as well the true principal of Acme Looniversity. He is more sane, calmer and quieter than his female counterpart Babs Bunny (no relation). He lives in a rabbit hole in a tree stump with a tire swing and a basketball hoop. Throughout the show, he is voiced by Charlie Adler, and eventually John Kassir, then later by Billy West.
