Boris is the secondary protagonist of the animated film Balto. A Russian-born snow goose, Boris raised the wolf/dog Balto after his mother seemingly abandons him. He serves as the comic relief of the movie, though acting in a serious attitude in critical situations. He assists Balto and his friends, Jenna, Muk and Luk, on their journey to stop the villains in Heroes vs. Villains War.
