Bonkers D. Bobcat (known shortly as Bonkers) is one of the popular Disney heroes and Toons of the Disney Afternoon airing series, originally featured from the television series Raw Toonage. He also appears as the title name protagonist of the Disney's television series of the same name that aired from September 4, 1993 to February 23, 1994 on the Disney Channel. Based on the character creation of Roger Rabbit in appearance, characteristics, and similarities, Bonkers' development of character has gained the interest and fame of many television viewers and script writers, becoming a fan favourite character of its era.
In the Bonkers television series, Bonkers appears as a former star of Hollywood, quickly changing job as a police officer in the Los Angeles Police Department, alongside with his former partner Lucky Piquel, and his current partner Miranda Wright, to stop the activites of the criminal empire, which threaten the city of Los Angeles, eventually saving the city from their clutches.
That said, Bonkers's character from the television series also appears in the second Disney Heroes vs. Villains War as one of the main police officers serving under the S.H.U.S.H. goverment agency to make a stand against the criminal empire.
