Billy Boss is a Russian cat living on the alleys of Paris, perfoming as the guitarist of Scat Cat's musical band, alongside with Hit Cat. Alongside with Scat Cat and the other alley cats, he aids the other animal heroes in their battles against the villains in Disney Heroes vs. Villains and Heroes vs. Villains.
