Bill and Bull are Mean Max's minions from 1981 swedish animated movie Peter No-Tail. They're mischievous and always work together, even finishing or messing up eachother's sentences. Bill and Bull serve their boss in both Worst Villain Tournament Ever and Worst Hero And Villain War Ever.
