Basque Grand is a supporting villain in the original anime series, Fullmetal Alchemist. A top ranked general, under the command of Amestris, Basque Grand briefly appears in the Non-Disney Villains Tournament, though not being but one of the impresonations of the Homunculus, Envy.

Envy assumes the form of Basque Grand, in order to breach through Amestris' ranks and confront the fellow Homunculus, Lust. Once discovering her, Envy reverts to her normal self. Basque Grand does not make another appearance in this war.
