Bartholomew Lipsky is an ancector of Dr. Drakken, and a comrade of Miss Go, who is also an ancector of Shego. He originally appears in the television series, "Kim Possible", specifically in the episode "Rewriting History. Bartholomew Lipsky appears in the prequel of Disney vs. Non-Disney Villains War, in which it explains the origins of the tournament.

Pre-War: Losing a Profit
Prior to the events of the first war, Bartholomew and Miss Go are hired by Sykes, on a mission to claim a machine for the evil criminal. During the battle with Mayor Valmont, the one who possess the machine that Sykes mentioned, Bartolomew is seen riding in a ferris wheel, waiting for the moment to take Miss Go and her collected trophy. However, Miss Go drops the machine, after one of Mayor Valmont's henchmen uses his magic to hurt Miss Go. Bartolomew then orders desperately to Miss Go to return and recollect the machine, though both of them are forced to retreat, not wanting to face Mayor Valmont's power. It is pressumed that both Bartolomew and Miss Go perishe prior to the events of the first war, and pass their continuity to their descedants, Dr. Drakken and Shego.
