Barry, the Chopper is a minor antagonist in the anime series, Fullmetal Alchemist. A serial killer, Barry is a former human subject, before he would bound his disembodied soul to a suit of armor. The human incarnation from the 2003 anime plays a minor role in the third part of Disney vs. Non-Disney Villains War.

Arrest

Barry makes his debut in the series, encountering the wicked judge of Paris, Frollo. Before Frollo would raise a weapon, Barry knocks him out with a meat cleaver. When Frollo begs for mercy, Barry stops for a moment. This proves to be a distraction for Barry, as Frollo quickly recovers and hits Barry with a sword, eventually cutting of his hand. Just at this moment, King Fuehrer Bradley arrives, with some troops, to arrest Barry and bring him to the Palace of Justice, as a new prisoner.
