Baljeet Tjinder is one of the major protagonists of the Disney XD's television series Phineas and Ferb. An Indian boy living in the city of Danville, Baljeet is a genius prodigy, excelling good scores in his grades, though most of his peers came to see him as a stereotypical nerd. Still, he helped Phineas Flynn and Ferb Fletcher in their adventures to spend their remaining summer days using their brilliant ideas. During the group's activities, he was often paired with the bully Buford, who constantly bullied him on several occassions, although there were several occasions in which both of them worked together. He also appears in the second Heroes vs. Villains as among the characters who became involved in the conflict against the forces of evil.
