Avalanche is a minor Marvel supervillain given a far greater role in the television series, X-Men: Evolutions. A teen with the power to generate earthquakes, Avalanche is a major player in the Disney Vs Marvel Villains Wars.

Shifting Allegiances

When Demona attacks the lair of the Brotherhood of Mutants, Avalanche flees with most of his compatriots. He, however, soon encounters Hades, who proposes an alliance with him. Avalanche agrees, seeing more power with the god of the dead. He soon meets Maleficent, Hades's partner and superior: she promises him the heart of his beloved Kitty Pryde in exchange for his assistance. Avalanche agrees, traveling with Captain Hook to retrieve Snow White.
