Atka is an anti-hero in the Disney's direct-to-video sequel, Brother Bear 2. A trained and formidable villager and fighter from an unknown tribe, and the ex-fiancé of Nita, Atka is not considered clearly a villain in his own story, as he portrays a courageous and caring personality to the people, who need of his help. Yet his abstract actions, for hurting, unconsciously, Kenai, justify the reason of being featured as a minor nuisance in both the movie's events and the second Disney Villains War. He also makes a brief appearance in Disney Heroes vs. Villains War, as an outsider fighter and protective leader of his own people.
