Ancient Minister

The Ancient Minister is a minor antagonist in the Subspace Emissary of the video game, Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Secretly an R.O.B. disguised in a metal casing, the Ancient Minister is usually a middeman, playing minor roles in the Animated vs Video Game Villains War and the Video Game Villains War.

Vs Mephiles

The Ancient Minister spends the early rounds of the war transporting dark energy bombs to various locations around the planet. Mephiles, a powerful demon, catches wind of this and decides to stop the Ancient Minister. The Ancient Minister shoots Mephiles a few times, causing the demon to melt. The Ancient Minister, however, is not ready when Mephiles rises again and blasts him with a sonic pulse. The Ancient Minister spins out of control but keeps a hold on his bomb. As Mephiles multiplies and threatens him once more, the Ancient Minister unleashes his bomb and some robots to trigger it. The Ancient Minister makes his way out of the line of fire, whilst the various Mephiles clones perish in the ensuing explosion.

Death

The Ancient Minister is called in to help Ganondorf retrieve various princesses from around the planet. He programs his R.O.B. minions to detonate various dark energy bombs so to distract Ganondorf's enemies. Unfortunately, before his plan can be carried out, Metal Sonic hacks into the R.O.B. robots and has them begin detonating the bombs inside Ganondorf's base. The Ancient Minister tries to stop them, but they incinerate him.
