Anastasia Tremaine is the daughter of Lady Tremaine and plays the role of a secondary antagonist in the Disney animated film, Cinderella. In the Cinderella sequels, she is in a more sympathetic light. She is a minor player in the second Disney vs. Non-Disney Villains war.

For reasons unknown, Dr. Facilier gives Anastasia her mother's magic wand, lost in the events of the previous war. Anastasia immediately sets out to free her

mother and sister, Drizella, from the clutches of the Pharaoh, Rameses. Though the Pharaoh repudiates her initial requests, Anastasia brings plagues of cockroaches and frogs upon Egypt. Rameses immediately releases the Tremaine family, as he realizes no two prisoners are worth the plagues upon his kingdom. Kent Mansley, however, takes great offense, having developed massive enmity for Tremaine throughout the previous war. Lady Tremaine eventually takes her wand back from Anastasia.

Cast out by the Evil Queen Grimhilde, Narissa took her time to build up a revenge scheme by finding Lady Tremaine's daughter Anastasia and giving her the wand her mother had used during the First War, urging her to finish the job Tremaine had started. But the Queen had seen this and informed Ratcliffe, who sent out the hunter Humbert to deal with this threat. Humbert confronted Anastasia, took out his knife, and moved in for the kill. However, Anastasia soon found herself in a predicament as she did not know what spell to cast or even how to cast it. Just as Humbert was about to stab Anastasia, she managed to use the wand's power to turn him into a small, shriveled worm-like creature as Narissa looked on with pleasure.
Freed her mother[]
Livid that Anastasia was still alive, Queen Grimhilde contacted the legendary Archmage Destaine, one of the most powerful sorcerers alive, and sent him out to do the job properly. At the Tremaine manor, Narissa taught Anastasia to use her wand to restore Lady Tremaine and Drizella to human form once again, but was interrupted by the Archmage, who easily knocked Narissa aside. He then struck Anastasia dead with a powerful magic bolt, leaving Tremaine and Drizella horrified and furious.
Disney Villains War Reboot[]
Anastasia appears in the reboot series in a similar role to the original series, although altered with few changes. She assists her mother in overtaking Queen Grimhilde's kingdom, though mainly providing moral support.
