Altivo is a Spanish horse, formely owned by the conquistador Cortez. He aided the heroes Tulio and Miguel on their quest to find the legendary city of El Dorado. The trio managed to defeat the paranoid high priest Tzekel Kan, and saved the Golden City from the threat of Cortez. Altivo plays a supportive role in Heroes vs. Villains War, mainly assisting the gamblers in their battles againt the villains.
Non-Disney Villains Tournament
Altivo appears in the tournament, in the side of Cortez, when the Hispanic conuistandor announches his scheme to his partner, the Colonel, to take over the world. He does not respawn in the war, leaving his fate ambiguos.
