Bas is a minor character in the Japanese/Dutch animated series Alfred J. Kwak, making his solely appearance in the fourth episode of the series. A schoolteacher of the Great Wasteland's Polder's local school, as well as Alfred J. Kwak's tutor, Bas is famous for his teachings of his hometown's origins, as well as the teachings of the peoples' prejudgements and racist nature against different political factions, and the consequences someone suffered based on their beliefs. He makes a minor appearance in the second Heroes vs. Villains, lecturing his students the same teachings as shown in the original series along with Professor Owl.
