Akima Kunimoto is the deuteragonist of the Don Bluth animated movie Titan A.E.. A brilliant engineer and pilot of the Valkyrie ship, Akima fell in love with the heroic Cale Tucker, to whom she confessed her true feelings by the end of their adventure. Together they battle the terrible hordes of the Drej, along with their companions Gune and Stith. She plays a secondary role in Heroes vs. Villains War, usually assisting Cale in his battles against the villains.
