It is about "Scrapped Characters" category since I have seen that characters like Crimson or Jax were added there despite the fact that they have appeared into a war already.I wanted to reveal you all that category was created for characters who didn't appear into a war at all and are not planned to be added yet like the ones from "Upcoming Villains"
